Wild Sky specializes in low-maintenance organic gardens featuring native plants, including perennial native plant gardens, pollinator gardens + rain gardens. Wild Sky Gardens will work with you to develop a plan for your garden design +/or maintenance that aligns with your vision + needs.
Wild Sky uses ecological gardening practices, organic compost, leaf mulch + dense plantings to suppress weeds + foster a healthy soil. Planting densely (closely spaced) eliminates the need for heavy mulching + achieves a fuller, lusher look that will draw wildlife. It is also better for the soil than mulch, + will prevent weeds from receiving light.

It is important to know that native gardens can take some time to establish. The saying, "Sleep, Creep, Leap" is often used to describe native plant behavior in Years 1, 2 + 3.
